3. What a Fine-art Poster means?

POSTER ARCHETYPE INC. offers fine art prints, small volume in limited-edition, Stamped, signed and numbered done with careful attention to true color on high-quality giclee "a spraying of ink" with the highest level of quality paper done by the artist himself. In addition, since no screens are used, the prints have a higher apparent resolution than lithographs and a color range that exceeds that of serigraphy, highest resolution, as high as 1,800 dots per inch. Displaying a full color spectrum, giclee technique expresses every nuance of the original creation and have gained wide acceptance from museums and galleries throughout the world.

4. What is a limited edition means? What does S/N mean?

A limited edition is a series of identical Fine art Poster, stamped, numbered and signed each individual piece, printed under the supervision of the artist. The artist determines the size of the edition which is limited to a one-time printing of a certain number of pieces. Numbering refers to labeling on an Artwork that specifies its place in the order of its production when it is one of a limited edition.
Two numbers are written at the right lower edge of a print, the first indicating the prints place in the order of all prints in the edition, the second number indicating the total number of prints in the edition. S/N is a symbol used to indicate that a limited edition print has been signed and numbered by the artist himself. Sine nomine (abbreviated S/N.) is a Latin expression, meaning "without a name".

5. What kind of paper and ink do you use for those stylish high-quality art posters?

We use a resistant uncoated premium quality paper without reflection certified with total weight of 200 gr/m2. This perfect thickness increases durability. The paper is environmentally friendly and sustainable certified by FSC and PEFC.

6. Do you use archival inks and acid-free papers?

Yes. All of our inks are archival, and all of our papers are acid free. Our collection is done with a high quality ink delivering superb colours creating an exclusive feeling.

7. Will the POSTER ARCHETYPE INC. logo appear on my Ordered Artwork?

No. Our watermark logo will not appear on your fine art prints. Our logo only appears on the images on our website in order to discourage image theft. The Ordered fine art prints are stamped, signed and numbered in limited-edition done with careful attention by the artist.

12. To place an order, what are the steps I should pass through?

To place an order, you should pass through the following steps:

13. When do you process and deliver orders?

Orders placed from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, are expedited within 48 hours, with a possible manufacturing delay for certain products. Normal order processing time is 5 days. Delivery of the order usually takes 5 days. Allow more time for international shipping.

14. Can I place my order over the phone?

No. All orders must be placed online. Our customer service representatives can help answer your questions about placing your order, but when it comes time to actually place the order, you'll have to do that using our website.

15. When will my order ship?

Products require 5 - 9 business days to actually be certified, signed and packaged your order shipping, depending on the product.

16. Where is my order?

As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number included in the e-mail. We send the e-mail to the e-mail address that you provided when you placed your order.

17. Do I have to pay a Duty or Custom Fee?

Orders shipped may be subject to import taxes and duties. POSTER ARCHETYPE INC. does not have any responsibility for these additional charges that may apply.

18. What are the different modes of payment?

Payment for your purchases may be effected: Either by credit card: Visa or MasterCard and by PayPal. The information registered by the Site constitutes the proof of the entirety of transactions effected between the Site and its clients. The service is free. Online payment: Visa and MasterCard. The information registered by the payment system constitutes the sole and unique admissible proof of financial transactions.

19. Why is my credit card being declined?

Unfortunately, when a credit card gets declined, the only information that we receive back from our credit card processor is the word "DECLINED". A credit card could be declined for any number of reasons:
1. You entered in the wrong card number.
2. You entered in the wrong billing address.
3. You entered in the wrong CVV2 number (i.e. the number on the back of the card).
4. You exceeded the daily spending limit on your card (e.g. $1,000 per day).
If your card was declined, please verify that all of your credit card information is correct, and try submitting your order again. If your card is declined the second time, make sure that you aren't over your daily spending limit.

20. What happen in the event where an Art Print is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price?

In the event that a POSTER ARCHETYPE INC. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, POSTER ARCHETYPE INC. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. POSTER ARCHETYPE INC. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, POSTER ARCHETYPE INC. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

22. Is there any possibility to purchase for resale?

Purchasing artwork content from POSTER ARCHETYPE INC., for the purpose of resale is not prohibited. Customers of this site may purchase certified and authentic artwork (1) as a professional reseller or (2) in order to set up a retail store or website to sell any POSTER ARCHETYPE INC. Artwork.

23. Are Fine Art Posters available for licensing? How do I do that?

SHIPPING, TRANSIT TIME, TRACKING AND DELIVERY

24. How do we package artwork for delivery?

The packaging guarantees intact products. The posters are rolled up and protected with plastic and transported in a durable tube so as not to be damaged during transport.

25. Which delivery option are you offering?

We utilize different shipping partners, depending on your the quantity ordered and the area and country of destination. Once you've added your Art Posters to your cart, and proceeded to checkout, you'll be able to see which service your order will ship with.

26. What does the delivery cost?

The shipping fees are included in all orders.

27. What is the information I should know about the Shipping address?

Products will be delivered to the shipping address that you indicate when placing your order; this address may be different from the “billing address”. The time limit for delivery depends on certain factors and corresponds to the delivery time indicated on the product notice, to which must be added and also the time required for processing and dispatch. 28. How long is the transit time to my city?

Our delivery time is 7-9 business days to U.S and Canada calculated from the day after you submitted your order. We ship all of our products via many carriers depending on the destination. This transit time to your destination will depend on your location in the world, the location of the manufacturing facility, and your selected shipping method (i.e. ground vs. overnight). Packaging time should be taken into account. POSTER ARCHETYPE INC. reserves the right to select the carrier. The respect of the transit times depends on our carrier. In consequence, no request for indemnification, whatever nature it may be, may be claimed by the client.

29. How can I track my package?

Your order will be packaged and sent out as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched from our Art Studio you will receive your parcels tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. As soon as, it has been sent, It can take up to 48 hours for the tracking link to be activated. If you do not receive a tracking link, please contact us over our email.

30. Once the Reception of the delivery...

Upon reception of your order, it is your responsibility to open the package to verify the state of the prints within. If you do not personally receive the package, please ask the person charged with receiving the package for you to proceed with verifying the state of the contents. In case of a problem, please give your package back to the deliverer, stipulating the problem encountered and contact our customer service on the same day. Do not sign the delivery slip if the order is damaged. No claims will be honored if the delivery slip has been signed. In case of delivery by a private carrier, the carrier is not required to deliver the package to the interior of your domicile but may give you the package at the entrance of your house or building. The reception of the objects transported shall extinguish all rights of action against the carrier for damage or partial loss if within three days, excluding holidays, following this reception, the recipient has not notified the carrier, by registered letter, his protestation which must be justified.

31. What happens if my order is damaged during shipment?

36. Do you use a UV protectant to protect your prints?

All regular prints (rolled in a tube), receive a UV protective coating.

37. Can I hang my prints in a bathroom?

Yes, once framing, you can hang your prints in a bathroom. Just make sure that they're not exposed to direct spray from the shower. Framed artwork will work fine in a bathroom, as well. Just make sure that you're not exposing them to prolonged periods of high moisture from long, hot showers.

CONDITIONS OF SALE AND USE, RESPONSIBILITIES AND RETURN POLICY

38. What are the terms and conditions of sale and use?

The creations sold on the Site are certified, created manufactured and sold by POSTER ARCHETYPE INC. These artistic creations are the expression of the creativity of his author. However, in the unlikely event that your parcel is delivered damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at yta@PosterArchetypeInc.com, you dispose of a right of withdrawal for the return of a work that does not suit you. For all orders on the Site, you dispose exercise your right of withdrawal with POSTER ARCHETYPE INC., with no justification required or penalty to pay. To do so, please contact us by email; we will indicate the return address to you and you will then dispose of a period of 10 days after reception to return your order to us in its original packaging. The return shipping fees remain your responsibility.
