The creations sold on the Site are certified, created manufactured and sold by POSTER ARCHETYPE INC. These artistic creations are the expression of the creativity of his author. The prices of our products are indicated in dollar with taxes included, excluding handling and shipping fees to be paid by the purchaser. Freight costs will be shown separately in a manner comprehensible to you.
In case of a delivery to a country other than Canada and U.S, you are the importer of the work or works concerned. These duties and sums are not the responsibility of POSTER ARCHETYPE INC.*. They will be at your charge and result in your entire responsibility as much in terms of declarations as in the payments to the authorities and the competent organizations of your country. It is indispensable that you inform yourself about these aspects with your local authorities. POSTER ARCHETYPE INC.*reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products will be billed on the basis of the prevailing price list at the moment of the registration of orders, subject to availability. The products remain the property of POSTER ARCHETYPE INC.* until complete payment of the indicated prices.
